Shipping for France

 

I use La Poste. This service usually takes 2-5 business days from the time I post the order.

 

International Shipping

 

​ Goodies and prints are shipped with international standard delivery. This is not a tracked service, so please keep that in mind when ordering. Most international orders in standard mode take on average up to 10 -16 business days to be delivered after dispatch. However, some deliveries may take up to 28 working days, so please take this into account when emailing.

Customs and fees ​

 

Some countries charge taxes and duties on goods received into the country. It is the customers responsibility to pay for these. If the customer does not make the payment or does not accept the package due to customs charges, the items will be returned to me. I will reimburse the cost of the goods less shipping and any charges incurred in transit. In some cases this may mean forfeiting any refunds, as the cost of return and associated costs may be more than the amount paid for the goods, so I recommend that you inquire about the additional costs before placing your order.

 

Pulp Art by Claudie cannot be held responsible for these costs, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the rules and regulations of their own country concerning imports from France.
